Admiral-Scheer-Ufer is simply the name of the street the tax office is located on (named after the admiral and on the Elbe, thus 'ufer') . The street is now called Carusufer.

20th May 1943 20th May 1943 1/0 Autograph feldpost letter signed twice by Generalleutnant Oskar van Ginkel (1882 - 1949). The letter is sent to Oberst von der Osten in Traunstein. Von der Osten appears to be a Camp Commander? Is this Hans-Georg von der Osten (1895 - 1987)? Van Ginkel had an illustrious career in the German Army during both WWI and WWII. As part of Army Group Courland (Latvia) Van Ginkel surrendered to the Soviets in May 1945. Van Ginkel would remain in captivity, ending his life in Vorkuta Gulag (Komi Republic, Russia). He died of a heart ailment in camp section 61 on 14.11.1949. Ref: 20.05.1943
