No 205 Tartu county CERTIFICATE I hereby certify that I have today, April 27, 1943, examined the health of Güstav Küün, 69 years old, a resident of the Pühajärva parish, and found that he is suffering from severe pulmonary catarrh with severe pulmonary emphysema and a left-sided testicular tumour, for which he has lost eighty per cent of his work capacity. The present certificate is issued to Gustav Küün on his request for a medical certificate. The hand stamp refers to the 'Exhibition of Polish Work 'At Home' Munich'. Ref: 21.11.1947 Contained within the envelope... Front and reverse of the Einlieferungsschein (proof of posting) sent to Eduard Krasauskas. Reasearch indicates that Krasauskas designed 'lagerpostmarken' for DP-Lager Meerbeck (1945-1948), a camp for displaced persons. Further information on the camp can be found here.
