The instruction to the upper left reads, 'If the recipient has moved, do not forward, but return to the sender stating the new address', the single line below this reads, 'Do not forward abroad'. The military district commands formed the administrative level below the military replacement districts (Wehrersatzbezirk) of a military district. A military replacement district usually comprised several military district commands. Possible location of Wehrbezirkskommando - The Palce of Justice, Nuremberg The Palace of Justice is a building in Nuremberg at Fürther Straße 110 in the Bärenschanze district. It is the seat of the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court, the Nuremberg-Fürth Regional Court, the Nuremberg District Court and the Nuremberg-Fürth Public Prosecutor's Office, the Memorium Nuremberg Trials and the International Academy of Nuremberg Principles. The Nuremberg Palace of Justice is the largest judicial building in Bavaria. During the Second World War, Wehrmacht departments and municipal and state institutions moved into the building. A total of 16 extrajudicial offices, including the command of an air force unit, the district military commissioner of the Reich Minister for Armaments and Munitions , the commander of the Nuremberg Armaments Command , the commander of the Nuremberg Military District Command, the Nuremberg-Fürth Trade Inspectorate, the Nuremberg-Fürth Reichsbank headquarters, departments of the Nuremberg-Fürth police headquarters, the criminal police, the Secret State Police (Gestapo) and the Reich Postal Directorate as well as the district administrator and the Victoria Works were housed there over time. An air raid on November 27, 1944 caused massive glass damage. Another air raid on February 21, 1945 left three dead and seven injured after five bombs hit the main building. Mi.571 - 572 Reich Vocational Competition - 'Reichsberufswettkampf' From 1934 to 1939, centralised professional performance competitions were held in the National Socialist German Reich under the title of the Reichsberufswettkampf (Reich Vocational Competition), in which young people from all professions and companies could take part. It was organised by the German Labor Front (DAF) in cooperation with the Hitler Youth (HJ) and the National Socialist German Student League (NSDStB). The competition covered three or four subject areas: professional practice, professional theory, ideological training, and for girls, home economics. A few of these stamps were sold on the 21st April 1935 at a post office In Maria Laach. So there is an official and unofficial FDC. Karl Diebitsch Karl Diebitsch (1899 - 1985) was an artist and the Schutzstaffel (SS) officer responsible for designing much of the SS regalia during the Nazi era, including the chained SS officer's dagger scabbard. Diebitsch worked with graphic designer Walter Heck to draft the well-known all-black SS uniform. Also with his business partner, industrialist Franz Nagy, Diebitsch began the production of art porcelain at the factory Porzellan Manufaktur Allach. On 1st May 1920, Diebitsch joined the Nazi Party (NSDAP). His membership number was 1,436. From 1920 to 1923 he was a member of the Freikorps (Free Corps). Two years after the Beer Hall Putsch Diebitsch went on to complete his formal art training in 1925, followed by several years of living and working in Munich as a painter and graphic artist. When the Nazis came to power in 1933, Diebitsch moved his family to Berlin and there joined the Reichsverband Bildender Künstler Deutschlands (National Association of German Visual Artists). In 1932, the new all-black SS uniform was designed by Diebitsch with graphic designer Walter Heck. In November 1933 he joined the SS (membership number 141,990), and in 1937 he re-joined the NSDAP, with a membership number of 4,690,956. Besides being an artist, Diebitsch was also a reserve officer in the Waffen-SS during the course of the Second World War. He received staff assignments to the SS-Totenkopfstandarte (SS Death’s Head Regiment), SS-Regiment 'Germania', SS-Division 'Wiking' and the Höchste SS- und Polizeiführer Italien (Highest SS and Police Leader Italy). Diebitsch was finally promoted to the rank of SS- Oberführer (senior colonel) on 20th April 1944. After the war, he was pardoned during the Nuremberg trials.
