Featuring special cancellation JB:Hinterzarten2/387 HINTERZARTEN cancellations as featured in the Bochmann catalogues (1952) JB:Hinterzarten2/387 - '*Höhenluftkurort 900m*' (Schwarzw). Ref: 23.10.1941 Note on JB:Hinterzarten2/387. Bochmann dates this cancellation issue as 1937, 38, 39, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 and 1952. 20th January 1941 Single Circle + Slogan 1/1 Feldpost letter-sheet sent from FPN 04518 to an address in Northeim. Featuring a lesser seen single circle slogan cancellation (MFP3/86). Ref: 20.01.1941 FPN 04518 (Panzer Corps Intelligence Department 447). The task of the Intelligence department was to establish connections to superior and subordinate units. This could be done via wire (telephone) or radio. Some were deployed in telephone exchanges. In addition, there were also the supply units (cooks, tailors, shoemakers, supplies, etc.).
