FPN 27451 (OT - OBL Weingut I). From the 9th November 1944 this FPN was used by the Oragnisation Todt (OT), Oberbauleitung (OBL), the Supervisory Construction Administration. More research is required on the recipient fo the letter, Straub & Flach, but they appear to be involved in the paper industry.
