The card bears monthly 90-Koruna validation stamps for December 1944, January 1945 (I) and February 1945 (II). The spaces from March 1945 onwards are unused, indicating that the surviving card provides no evidence of continued use after February 1945. The manuscript educational institution appears to read “Karls-Universität”; if confirmed, this would be particularly significant because the German university in Prague continued to operate during the occupation while the Czech universities had been closed by the German authorities since November 1939.
