See 23.12.1941 - 32/9 with this message sent to a paymaster at the camp: 'Upon returning to the unit after a prolonged absence, I found your kind letter dated November 12. I also received a letter from my wife, in which she informs me that she has received the sum of 3.55 Reichsmarks. Please, therefore, disregard my letter and excuse the tone; the letter was not written by me but by Inspector Friedrich, despite my objections, and he merely presented it to me for my signature'.
