Navigation School IV was set up on 1st September 1943 in Culmsee near Thorn. On 1st November 1944, the school was renamed Navigation School II after the previous navigation schools had been dissolved or merged. Service operations ended in January 1945. The members of the school were used in ground combat. Commanders: 1st September 1943 - Commander Curt Stever, 1st January 1944 - Commander Hans Oscar Wutsdorf
