I hereby certify that I have today, April 27, 1943, examined the health of Güstav Küün, 69 years old, a resident of the Pühajärva parish, and found that he is suffering from severe pulmonary catarrh with severe pulmonary emphysema and a left-sided testicular tumour, for which he has lost eighty per cent of his work capacity.
