Sonderpostamt

From Wikipedia:

In German-speaking countries, post offices or postbranches are referred to as special post offices (SonderPA) specifically for special occasions such as anniversaries or events and trade fairs . Other special post offices are geared towards traditionally recurring events.

The 'sonderpostamt' delivery address currently shown was the Gewerbehaus, part of the Commercial building, in Dresden.

This Commercial building in Dresden was created by converting a residential building on Ostra-Allee for the commercial association. In the attached large hall, the Gewerbehaus Chapel was founded in 1871, which, after being renamed in 1915 and 1923, became today's Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra . The commercial building was destroyed in 1944/45, after the large-scale destruction of Dresden, its place is now occupied by the Hertha-Lindner-Strasse from Schweriner Strasse and its junction with Ostra-Allee.
