Official Joint Occupation Zone 12 Pf postcard (Mi.P953) first issued in April 1946 as a result of the postal rate increase on the 1st March 1946. Featuring postage stamps Mi.87-89 issued on19th January 1946 in aid of the reconstruction of Saxony. The correspondence reads, 'Dear club friend,
Today I sent another item, Prov. Saxony complete on 3 covers to your address.
